My name is Kenneth P Thomas my dog sits quietly beside me and he holds my beer sometimes while we are watching the game. He is the best dog a person can have, He never barks, I never have to take him out for walks, he never does his business in the apartment etc. I am having trouble training him to go to the fridge to get me a beer, he doesn't want to move for some reason?

Let Me tell you about myself,

I live in a Housing Cooperative in Alberta Canada. I am differently able in that I have Cerebral Palsy, which I have had since birth.(I did not breath for the first 20 minutes of life which caused brain damage) The cerebral palsy effects my walking, speech, hand co-ordination etc. I was born in the year (as the Romans would say) MCMLII Because I cannot use my hands very well I type on my computer with my NOSE, that is right folks, I am probably the world's only NOSE PECKER TYPIST!

 

Although I am differently abled, this has not prevented me from getting a high school diploma, taking several computer courses, competing in wheelchair sports in the sport of track on an international bases for fourteen years.(1981-1994) Since retiring from international competition in 1994 I have been run-wheeling in local road races and half marathons.   I also enjoy going too sporting events like hockey and football. I enjoy swimming (I swim once a week 40 laps (one kilometer) in 80 minutes.),  Ride my new E tricycle,  I have WHEELCHAIR SQUARE DANCED for over 46 years( SWING YOUR PARTNER)

and going too live plays, football/hockey games etc. I have also been on a few Provincial and city advisory Board's of directors.
